Wow! We just participated in a reality TV show and it was amazing. We are a group of professional women with non-financial backgrounds who have been able to teach ourselves the fundamentals of investing. The show recognized this and called us in to share our experience with a woman they called a novice investor. That was the only area in which she is a novice and I know that she will do great, especially with Dr. Boyce Watkins as her financial coach. This would never have happened without our alliance with Girls Just to have Funds and we thank Ginger for the opportunity. Our members who were present represented the group well as we highlighted our diversity and dynamic nature. Now we have the reality TV bug, I hope the next opportunity comes soon.
You ladies are fabulous. Congratulations to all of you and to my wife Ebony, I am so proud.

Reality show, Radio show the experence was simply awesome!! However, meeting Dr. Boyce Watkins was a highlight. He clearly understands the need for financial independence and and building wealth; and he is communicating it to the mass on his radio show. BIG UP TO HIM!!!
We certainly hope that our conversation with him will open the minds of others and cause them to take stock and inventory of their financial situation. Lets face it, what are the two most agrued over issues in relationship—-SEX and MONEY. So if we (women) can make a difference in the financial arena by simply pooling our resources to make sound investment, you should go for it. It is not that hard, it just takes time and commitment. The second is easy, give it up a couple tiimes a week.
Sisters, we have an opportunity to only to make a difference in our lives, but in our larger community and that is our ultimate goal as evidenced by our mission statement. Therefore as sister Patty said, “lets seize the moment”
Yes, this Investment Group of dynamic women will definitely be moving on to greater successes. It is really our intention to impart to other women from all walks of life as well as our children the importance of investing and saving. What better time to do it than now, especially since everyone has and still is being affected by the economic situation that our nation is facing.
Ladies keep up the good work that each and every one of you are doing and continue to reach for the sky. There will be many challenges along the way, but we are a strong and dedicated group of women who will only continue to grow stronger as we encounter those challenges and work to overcome them.
Hey , I have a question..triggered by our interview with the Korean broadcasting program. The topic was basically American debt from the female perspective. It got me thinking and wondering…what if you and your spouse have a competely different outlook on spending AND saving ? Like what do you do ? How do you resolve this and move forward to accomplish your goals without falling under what could be an avalache ..of debt? Listen, I understand talking it out before hand etc. but the fact is .. we often do what we have learned to do , feel comfortable doing and have done historically…and if it isn’t the same for both ….that can be a problem, a huge problem …thoughts/suggestions?
